External Garage Storage Units

External garage units are constructed from robust steel and generally anchored to an external concrete slab. The garage units will be fitted with roller doors, guttering, downpipes and insulation to create a stand alone external option for the self storage facility. These specialised external units typically allow a customer to have 24 hour access and a drive up area directly to the door of their garage rental.

External garage units will attract more customers by offering an alternative storage solution and could utilise any unused yard space that you may have that isn't currently earning you any money.
